The additional charges are applicable for one and two persons.
We don’t charge any cancellation fee if you cancel your trip. However, based on hotels & Bhutan Airlines booking, you are liable for cancellation fee. Usually cancellation fee are calculated less than a month from arrival date in these sector.
Before trip to Bhutan, you are required to transfer full tour amount through wire transfer manually. We will share your bank details.
Following are the applicable discount as per criteria:
i). No SDF charges below the age of 5 years other than Visa fee.
ii).The children between 6 to 12 years would receive a discount rate of 50% on SDF.
There is no charges for delay due to weather conditions for flight or road block. We will support until your finish your trip. However, for longer delay you have to bear the cost such as hotel room, meals, transportation, etc.
